A three-time “All You” magazine recipe contributor, Leslie is a wife and homeschooling mom of four who loves meal-time experimentation and copycat recipes. When she’s not tending to her kitchen at home, Leslie enjoys lending her discerning palate to hole-in-the-wall eateries, main-stream establishments, and family-owned restaurants. A lot of Leslie’s foodie inspiration and education comes from Alton Brown (Good Eats), Christy Jordan (Southern Plate), and Trim Healthy Mamas. Leslie certainly knows how (and when) to slap her grandma, and she’s not afraid to show it!

Rebecca is an accounting professional who is equally adept at handling a small firm’s books and handling more complicated accounting procedures for large corporations. She enjoys cooking and cooks from a wealth of southern recipes handed down for generations within her family.

Allen Madding

Author, blogger, and self proclaimed Foodie, Allen enjoys grilling and trying new restaurants. His travels across the U.S. has provided him numerous opportunities to taste the offerings of a variety of restaurants, pubs, and dives that have made him want to slap his grandma.
