Keto Friendly Meatloaf


1 lb ground beef

2 eggs

1 finely chopped medium onion

1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup almond flour

1 TBSP minced onion

1 TBSP olive oil

1 TSP dried oregano

1 TSP chili powder

2 TSP salt

1/2 TSP ground black pepper


combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix 

transfer mixed ingredients into a loaf pan

spread 3-4 TBSP of sugar free ketchup over the top of the loaf

bake at 400F for 45 minutes
