 Keto Friendly Pork Sausage, Egg, And Cheese Breakfast Cups



Ingredients:

(6) Ground Pork Breakfast Sausage patties

(6) large eggs

6 ounces - shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper

Cooking oil or spray


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Grease the inside of six 4-inch ramekins with cooking spray or oil
  • Place a sausage patty in the bottom of each ramekin and press it down until it covers the entire bottom of the ramekin
  • Crack an egg over the top of the sausage in each ramekin, sprinkle black pepper, salt, red pepper, and one ounce of shredded cheese over the top of the egg
  • Place ramekins in the over on a baking sheet
  • Cook for 30 minutes or until the egg is firm (internal temp of egg and sausage 145F)
  • Serve warm

  • After allowing to cool, cover the top of each ramekin with foil and refrigerate
  • Reheat individual ramekins for 1 minute in the microwave
