Bourbon Steak Bites and Peppers (Keto Friendly)


1 lb. of Beef Tips or Stew Beef

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup of Bourbon

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

1/4 tsp. salt 

1/2 tsp. black pepper

two bell peppers (green or any color combo)

Prepare Beef for Marinating: 

place beef in a resealable container or plastic bag

smash garlic clovers and combine all ingredients and pour over beef

Refrigerate beef (6-12 hours)


Slice bell peppers into thin strips
Pour beef and marinade into a large sauce pan
Add bell pepper slices
Cover pan with a lid
Cook at medium heat until beef is full cooked (145F) and pepper slices are tender
