Smoked Bacon Wrapped Dill Pickle Chips






Ingredients 

  •  1 lb of sliced bacon
  • 1 bottle of dill pickle chips
  • 1 bottle of McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning (or your favorite seasoning)


Directions

  • Prepare the Big Green Egg for Indirect Cooking with the place setter in place
  • Heat the Big Green Egg to 275F
  • Sliced the sliced bacon in half
  • take one half-slice of bacon and wrap it around one dill pickle chip


  • sprinkle with McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning (or your favorite seasoning)
  • place on grill
  • Grill at 275F for 1 hour until bacon is crispy


Serve with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
