Our reviewers chose to visit the Wave for breakfast on a Saturday morning. As we were well aware of its popularity and the crush of the breakfast crowd, we had made reservations a few days ahead of time. We were seated and quickly greeted by our server, Tiffany, who was cheerful, attentive, and downright amazing! So much in fact, we sent a #CastCompliment to @WDWToday on Twitter! She even provided us beverages to go!
After reviewing the menu and finding it hard to choose what we wanted for breakfast, we all opted for the buffet so we could have some of all of it. The cheese grits had bits of bacon cooked in them and were delicious. The bacon was crispy but not overcooked. The eggs benedict were spot on. The fruit was fresh and sweet. Our group did not try them, but we were told the sweet potato pancakes with cinnamon butter were a special treat (caution gluten allergy suffers - they contain white flour).
Additionally, we were thrilled they served Joffrey's coffee!
We were delighted with the quality of the food and the service.
If you venture over the try if via the monorail, take the escalators or elevators down to the First floor.
