Ingredients
1 3/4 cup of self-rising flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup of oil
3/4 cup of blueberries
Directions
Combine all ingredients except berries in mixing bowl - mix well then stir in berries
Drop from a Tablespoon to fill muffin pans 2/3 full
Bake at 400F oven for 20-25 minutes (*I found that 20 minutes cooked them perfectly vs. the 25 listed on the card)
Makes 1 dozen
