Grandma Jackson's Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients:
2 cups cooked pumpkin or 1 can of pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg or Allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 - 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
blend mixture
pour in pie shell
Bake 15 minutes at 425F
Bake 45 minutes at 350F
inserted knife should come out clean when done

Serve with Rediwhip not coolwhip!
